How can I stop myself from kicked from my own server when im admin launching from lobby?

This is L4D2 im referring to. My server is already running and I launch a game via lobby with the steam group server setting and when its launched I get the 'steam ID is already in use on this server'.

Is there any way around that? Sometimes it will get through that but then I have a number in front of my name when im in game and I have no admin privileges.

When I just join my server from the group server listing. I have no trouble at all but when I launch from lobby I always get that message and have to rejoin.
