When bugs will be fixed (that sky spawn) ?

One problem when i edit the .sma.

I want only that admins with "n" flag can use that plugin.

So, I changed the flag, compiled, and it worked only if admins use command "luciaToggle". But admins who don't have "n" flag, can still use it with RELOAD button.

How to make it only with command luciaToggle?
