There is a memory leak in mapchooser.amxx. Have you gotten the latest developer build of AMX Mod X?

memory is not cleared when the map changes? Plugins are loaded again, and new variables are created. Or am I wrong?

latest developer build - not stable...

I have both so full of problems with bugs hlds, exploits, cheaters and other shit...Which is always buggy, and crashes with errors. My brain does not need an extra sex.

Now everything is stable, but now there's a problem with memory leaks.
I'll try to rewrite the plugin. But I doubt very much that it issue.

The latest developer build has very few changes from the current release version. It has the fix where the file handler is not closed in mapchooser.amxx. I read somewhere that that cause a slow memory leak (or some kind of leak). You can get just that plugin here.

Need to update all amxmodx? Or just mapchooser.amxx?

Just mapchooser for the 'leak' that I mentioned. That's the only one that's had an actual fix in the developer's build afaik.

That sma is exactly the same than 1.81
My server is affected by a memory leak (however, must be another reason because its VERY fast, in a couple of days it reaches 1,5gb) and wanted to see what actually caused it so as to find what causes it with my custom mod.

Oh, I see, I was mistaken. It was mapsmenu and not mapchooser. Diff: http://hg.alliedmods.net/amxmodx-cen...v/d68aef19f8fb

mapsmenu.sma

So they forgot to use fclose. Can you think of any other way of leaking memory? I'm suspicious about SQL, maybe because of forgetting SQL_FreeHandle? Or maybe because I use SQL_FreeHandle in plugin_end?
