Well someone is writing all kinds of nonsense in a CS 1.6 server and i dont know who or how. The text appears in the simple chat like a radio message. It looks like this: @ Text and there is no name. I want to know if you need any privileges to use it, do you have to be an admin to see it and how to use it.

And what is the messages. You could try to copy one or two in here.

It is most likely the admin chat plugin from the default AMXX package.

There's no special access required to send messages with the admin chat.

The "say_team @message here" messages work like this:

say_team @hello there!

yields (in chat):

(PLAYER) Fysiks : hello there!

The name is always there.
