I touge there was a plugin that sets a bomb on ur back when U got bomb.
(Can't find so if someone got link thanks)

Anway:

How to detect: 'C4 must be planted at bomb site!' message

Hook TextMsg, and set check if arg is #C4_Plant_At_Bomb_Spot
