i want to make this parachute for all whithout buy it in extraitems
whene we push E it will appeare + for all the round not just one

how can i make it

firstly, your link is broken .

in the most common parachute plugin, you just need to add this in your amxx.cfg, just read the cvars, in the first post or in the .sma:

amx_parachute @all

In anywards, I still prefer servers with parachute. It's like a slow-mo long jump. It's different from falling down from very high(like de_rats) and waiting for death. Parachute could even land on the sink(de_rats) or something via the door. So I would say it's still depending on the owner but when I add it, I would've asked for suggestions about it from users.

This has nothing todo with the main ZP plugin. Use a better title and post it in the plugins thread instead.
