Yes, it works, sorry, my fault because I wrote in the server the meta load addons/amxmodx/modules/team_semiclip_amxx_i386.so command instead to close the server and start it again with the module written in modules.ini

Also, can you compile it for the version 3.0?

Yes, because I though it crashes when execute the OnAmxxAttach void...
And the g_iWantedPlayers[ 33 ] has been replaced with g_iWantedPlayers[ MAX_PHYSENTS ]

The windows extensions have been recompiled because of the compiling method. Now them are compiled as Relased instead of Debugged and their dimensions are much small...

Seems like team-semiclip crashes linux server.
I didn't check completely but compiled semiclip(without team-check) with g++ compiller and everything works fine.
