i would like to translate whole amx mod x to arabic in english characters if amx mod x accepts

I spoke with Bailopan about this a while back, regarding including a Croatian translation for the default AMXX plugins. At the time, he said the best way to handle this is to go to the AMX Mod X Bugzilla and create a new bug. In the bug, include the lines for lang/languages.txt, and all of the other language files that you have translated. It looks like the ISO 639-1 code you should use is "fa." As I recall, until the language is included in lang/languages.txt, you have to set it manually in the console with setinfo "lang" "fa".

You've likely already noticed this, but there is a limit on how long the strings can be in bytes, not characters. Using double-byte (or even triple-byte) characters decreases the total number of characters per string. Unfortunately, you may have to use abbreviations to keep your strings short enough. As long as you save the translations with utf-8 encoding and they appear in-game, they should be fine.

The only downside I see is how long it may be until you actually see this included in AMXX. Bailopan stated (a year ago): "I don't see myself having time to oversee a 1.8.2 in the foreseeable future." So, unless someone else steps up, there might not be a 1.8.2.
