when u put this plugin on ur serv u cant change the sound cuz it uses valve sound not this one from fvox folder i just want all of clients that enter my serv download this soun fvox/one.wav etc.

Client doesn't need to download those sounds ...
Those files are from HL , so you already have it ;)
