I saw a plugin in a server that if i say !play I hear music and when I say !stop it stop playing and more commands like that,someone can found that music control plugin for me ?

There's only two ways to play music to someone in a Source game afaik. Loading a player in their MOTD browser, or having them download each song while they join the server.

The second is not a great idea unless you have < 5 songs or so. Loading a player in their browser is the only way to go, and you have to have a web interface to do so.

You could install Web Shortcuts and make a shortcut for !music or whatever that loads up my SMDJ web interface if you want. I don't really mind if you leech that way.
