What's the output of "sm exts load soundlib.ext" ?

It says Loaded successful.
But the List Command say Modul not Found

Maybe update your sourcemod...
The only thing I can do is test the loading tonight, but if I don't get the same error i don't know.

I already tried different Versions and Snapshots.
Still the Same Problem. All other extensions are Loading.
I try to reinstall the whole Windows with the Server.

but...
