Hello, My Server has been giving me this error for quite sometime now, i just wanted to know what it was for..

It's a translation text file that's associated to your smcash plugin that's giving the error.
Make sure plugin.smcash.txt is in the translations folder. If it is there try giving it permissions with chmod 777 or just replace the whole file with the default plugin.smcash.txt file from the plugin.
