All the plugins i found and used dont work properly on TF2 at least.

I want to be able to:

> Write to teamates with U, dead or alive (achieved with a plugin)
> Talk to teamates only (sv_alltalk 0), dead or alive (achieve with the same plugin)
> Write to all with Y, dead or alive --- NOT achieved

This allows all players to use the microphone and be heard by those who are alive whether they are dead or not.

If you want all players to be able to be heard at all times, dead or alive, sv_alltalk should be set to 1.
