I think he can somehow join team that is blocked by AMXX with that 'bug'.

This is how it works (i think):

Type jointeam 2 in console (team number you want to join)

-->

Start connecting to server then close the connection window.

-->

Retry and you will get auto selected for the team you used in jointeam.

Don't know if this is what really happens or if this bug really exists.. Just trying to figure out what he means.
