Put the .amxx file in your plugins folder:
COUNTER STRIKE PATH = \cstrike\addons\amxmodx\plugins
CONDITION ZERO PATH = \czero\addons\amxmodx\plugins

You have put in plugins.ini :

amx_bhop.amx

It should be :

amx_bhop.amxx

How do i get it from .amx to .amxx?

The plugin already is .amxx

In the plugins.ini your suppose to put .amxx not .amx
Just add an X

Than you don't have the plugin in the right folder.
Post the the whole path of where you have the plugin.

Also is that the only plugin that doesn't work?
