I can't test it right now, but I've updated the gamedata on the SourceMod Gamedata Updater.

Nomore crashing, but now weapon has just 200 ammo.

Other info: now you can do damage with fire too.

EDIT AGAIN (last one i think lol):

I update with 1.4.1-hg225, restart the server and everything is ok now.

I must ask the obvious, did you drop the (tfdodgeball.ext.2.ep2v.dll) & (tfdodgeball.ext.2.ep2v.so) into the extensions folder? and the (tfdodgeball.games) folder into the gamedata folder?

yep i put all gamemode folders in addons/sourcemod

there is a bug in "sm_dodgeball_nuke_chance" this value works only one time,
first round when you start server, after match ends and round restarts no more nukes appears in game
