Very simple addon. I dunno how to code/script myself and i forgot where to find this simple addon.
I used it long time ago and i remember i found it where some guy replied the whole coding in a forum post.

Anyway if you DO NOT know where to find this plugin and help me out that way. Can a coder/scripter make one out for me and everyone else here down the forum?

It has to work like this. Type !spec or !spectator in the chat and you will be moved to spectator -> YOU WONT SUICIDE and WONT LOOSE POINTS <- very important.

If you don't make the player suicide before going to spectate and the player is the last person alive on a team, the round will never end.

https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=99551 this has chat triggers to change teams (including team 1 -> spectator) but I think in tdm you can't move to spec without dying
