Don't use dproto.
Use latest HLDS version with steamCMD
Use AMXX 1.8.2
Use Metamod 1.21-m

Not my concern. Dproto is your problem since it creates vulnerabilities. You are advised to not insist to get support when you don't use a steam server if you don't want to be banned from here.

Thanks Arkshine I Love you my dear Its Working I Install Normal Counter Strike 1.6 Server Creator v2.4 And After Installation Complete I Run In This HLDS folder v23 Cumulative patch then I Add in server.cfg
setmaster add 193.84.64.9:27010
setmaster add 69.28.151.162
setmaster add 72.165.61.189
setmaster add 207.173.177.11
setmaster add 65.73.232.251:27040
setmaster add 65.73.232.253:27040
setmaster add 207.173.177.12:27010
Now server is working good No DDos Attack No Dproto And No One Crash My Server

"setmaster add" is not available anymore in latest updates of engine.

You're using a cracked server, with or without dproto that's illegal so you've asked for support to be able to run it. Nice.

That server is accepting p47 users...
