I get this error in logs file when server crashes after launching it, I think it happens because of too much memory use from plugin but I can't find it where.

This is the full log there isn't any line in wich is error only this error

Are you sure of this?
If so have to tried disabling other plugins that your server doesn't require? I gave this a test run with commented out models ( since I don't have them ) and a few array issues and it loaded.

Well one time it loaded without this error, next time it crashed. Plugins list without default:
swarm.amxx
swarm_hunter.amxx
swarm_smoker.amxx
human_assassin.amxx

and thats all.

You're missing one line.

Disable all custom plugins and enable them one at a time to isolate the problem.
