Use a plugin like this one to add its files to the downloads table.

I've got an weird thought:
Player's downloaded vpk file from server might override original stuff
Example: VPK File replaces medic with zombie.

Unless they are placed in download folder with rest of junk like maps, models , materials

Downloading a VPK from a server won't do anything. The client won't process VPK files it downloads. At all. Thus, there's no point in making a client download the VPK. Which is why FastDownload needs to consist of individual files extracted from the VPK, preferably compressed into bz2 format.

Hmm, I not familiar enough with custom taunts to know if it's possible to use them or what all needs to be done with them. I only know maps, models, materials, and sound work for fastdownload.

Taunt is probatly client-side slightly
So it replaces already existing stuff.

Dedicated Servers and Client Games won't download files that they already got in their base resources.

You have to add the sequence into the model, as taunt02 or whatever, and then compile the model. Then when you equip the model, it will have the custom taunt.... Seeman has this for his taunt in ff2' it is the same idea.
