want to lock classes in "CoD'mw4:mod"

---- i have a cod :mod :mw4 server----
in that server 5 types of classes are there
1) ordinary (free class)
2) super (vip)
3) premium (vip)
4) PRo (vip)
5) Skill (vip)
^^^^^^^
but at 10:00PM-09:00:AM these vip classes got unlock and becoms free for everyone..
and i want to lock these 5th class(skill) only for admins how can i edit that?
i mean i know how to edit.. but i dont know What to edit in my
(codmw4.sma)
pls giv me line and line addrs
help me plsss
["5th" class Skill]=>want to lock it for admins only or for no one..(help asap)
