To distribute money you still can use

sm_cvar sm_uu_automoneyforteam_ratio 0

sm_cvar sm_uu_timermoneygive_blueteam [amount]

sm_cvar sm_uu_timermoneygive_redteam [amount]

I just can type sm_cvar (and then the commands) in the console but i want that it starts automatically

And if i Change this value in the console it wont change in game
