Linking to the site containing a list of no-steam servers is a bit questionable given the wording of our rules - you're basically just providing a server list for pirates, there is no legitimate use.

ok i will block this page atm untill i fix it... so it does not show IP's.

Personally, the best deal I've found is Virpus. $5 a month gets you a Linux VPS
