Hey, I need some help with a 1v1 Arena server

I am using this plugin,

all the files are in the right place and when i run the server I get an error,
Could not exec sourcemod/multi1v1/game_cvars.cfg

although when i create a server.cfg file and paste the contents of game_cvars.cfg in it i can execute the server.cfg in game and it switches to it,

Im not entirely sure how to set up all my text files etc...

you might get better help in that thread for the plugin - but obviously there is something up with the files being in the 'right place'.
