Why do you mention p48 at all? It is the actual protokol since what? 5 years?
Run a STEAM ONLY server and if you have a problem then with an exploid you can ask for help. But it is never needed to link public to it.

I don't run cheats. At best you only get your account VAC banned.

How are you sure? Did you send it to Valve and get them to tell you that it wasn't detected?

I'm so sure. This tool use netcode and reads only network data.
