I really want to make a server where everyone gets custom items, basically a x10 style thing. I was thinking of v2s of each weapon, where every single thing becomes more powerful and ridiculous, yet still have somewhat balanced gameplay throughout all modes. So to do that, I needed to grab TF2Items and replace the original weapons with customs. Then I could use my local dedicated server and have fun with friends without needing other mods.
I properly installed Metamod, Sourcemod and TF2Items, but when I got to making custom weapons, I hit a roadblock.
This is basically the cycle of what happened.
I edit the text file with custom scattergun with some syntax I find online that doesn't match what I tried before.
I launch the server. Server launch thing is "L:\HLServer\tf2\srcds.exe -console -game tf +sv_pure 0 +maxplayers 32" which probably has nothing to do with the issue but I'm putting it here anyways.
I change the map and load the thing. (Used koth_nucleus for testing)
I join the server.
I pick soldier. Everything is fine.
But as soon as I pick scout, the server crashes.

I confirmed it was the weapon breaking the game by first trying with modified Soda Popper. I don't have the soda popper, so when I switched to scout it was all good. Then I copied the soda popper attributes and set it to be the normal scattergun, repeated the test and the server crashed.

I'm not asking for much, all I want is to know the proper new syntax for custom attributes.
Basically, what I use to fill in this blank in the config file.
"
"custom_weapons_v3"
{
"*"
{
"13"
{

}
}
}
"
Whatever you give me, please give me something I can modify and adjust to fit any vanilla weapon in the game, so when I play with that weapon it gets replaced with a custom version.
Oh, and it definitely isn't something with the ids or replacement stuff, because I tried to give custom items on the go and it never worked.

Resources I used:
http://optf2.com/440/attributes (necessary)

I have no idea what to do, I can't find any more resources to help me, I'm assuming this has something to do with the Gun Mettle update and Valve being douchy so I'm putting this here. Sorry if this has already been brought up a lot of times before.

Your problem has nothing to do with the config file, see the announcement at the top of this section.
