So I managed to do it with "HamSandwich", but it gives money on the first map round too when everyone has like 800$. How can I make it start giving the money after the first map round?

Here is the tips (can't do the code right now since i am at work)
at start of plugin do new bool:g_bFirstRound
register_logevent of round start
hook the restart and game starting messages

At round start event put the bool false: g_bFirstRound = false
At restart & gamestart put the bool true: g_bFirstRound = true

Then hook player spawn with hamsandwich and check the bool status. If the bool is true, return. If the bool is false, give the money.

Then upload what you have done so someone can telll you what you are doing wrong. If your point is to learn, then this is the best way.
