z (root) admins have all flags, so it is useless what you want. if you use "abcdefgjkm" the admin who have flag "z" will have access to admin models aswell.

You might just need to restart CS:GO.

I have a problem with force auto skin. It doesn't work in my server.
In sm_skinchooser.cfg I have sm_skinchooser_forceplayerskin 1
In forceskinsplayer_team2.ini and forceskinsplayer_team3.ini I have correct paths to skins:
"models\player\natalya\zoeys\zoey_christmas.m dl"
"models\player\custom_player\legacy\santa\san ta.mdl"
Skins work if I choose they from menu.

Maybe you missed some files or didn't use serverside models.....
