What are you trying to do? There are usually better ways to get what you want. You just have to explain what exactly you attempting to do.

when insert the "hud message" to the right exactly where the money goes, users with lower resolutions, see the message in another position

Both of those images look fine to me. I don't see any reason to move it.

but it would be better if everyone see the message in the same position, as the image of the green box, it is the lowest resolution, and on the right it is 1024

The new counter strike steam (i mean last updates) its auto checking hud_messages (cannot be outscreen) :p
