i was setting up source bans and every time i look at error logs in csgo i get this:

the username and password are correct and the ip for my server is whitelisted in Remote MySQL.
Anyone have and ideas on how to fix this? me and a friend were searching for hours

One of the three checks you listed is what's wrong with it.
It could also be that your server does not connect with the IP address of your server.
If it's a gameserver.com server, this is true.
