Just using the call stack and using the latest server.dll & engine.dll I use Ghidra or IDA pro to lookup the baseaddress of the .dll + the fixed offset. This will point to the code which you can analyze to try to find strings being used inside of it or inside a previous caller function on the stack. Then once you find a unique string you search it in the most recent sdk for the target game to figure out what function that string is inside. Using that you can find the sub function which is being called and identify it as well even if it has no string itself. This should give you a good idea of what is going on and how you could be taking this code path to lead to the crash
