I found this thread and does the performance.cfg still work?
The performance of the server is fine (no var spikes), there is only high loss for the clients.

well nothing changed, still have the high loss.. tried the rates thing, its still the same

CPU? Operatin System?
Host from home PC or else were?
Network bandwith, with fibre or else ?
