Okay, many AMXX mods's use a MySQL server. Can somone tell me how i make this server? do i have to go somone to host it? And when i get it hostet i need a program for it or what?

You could host it urself, no program needed but the actual server, or you could get a host, probably all webhosts supplies a sql server but there is also only sql server hosting somewhere...

if I have a computer that is online 24/7 I would've hosted it myself cuz its free. Go to www.mysql.com.
