Test version of an ELO ranking plugin.

Can someone/some people please test this and see how it works.

Commands are top15 and rank (chat or console).
Top15 prints to console atm.

Probably might lag the server because of non threaded sql but we'll see..

Needs a MySQL database.. (might work with others.. dunno..)

Updated to a version that actually works.

I wouldn't do queries on death; even if the database server is local it's extra computation (if not... !). You might want to consider doing queries on disconnect, and doing the ELO computations in realtime.

Yeah ok I'll rewrite some of it tomorrow to avoid that.

I've updated the first post with a version thats tested and works fine, doesn't seem to lag too much, but probably wouldn't be great with a large server.

This one was put on hold till threaded sql was released (which it just has been) and I actually get around to re-writing most of it (gimme a while..).

I'm currently working on a different stats option (possibly CS:S only) and ill try add this into it later..
