ok...i am running the latest amx mod x wich i beleive is 1.8 and the cdsm im running along with it is 2.1...i just want to know how to add equipment to the gameplay since csdm only has guns....

do you want to add grenades from your csdm equip menu ??
check your csdm.cfg file :
[equip]
menus = psag
autoitems = ahg
grenades = fhs
fnadesnum = 2

yes i want to add it to my equip menu as in when they finish choosing there primary and secondary weapons they get to choose what equipment....i would like to add all three as in he grenade, smoke grenade and flash...how does that work what can i do?...

These were OK:
[equip]
menus = psag
grenades = fhs
fnadesnum = 2

but this You need to change:
autoitems = ahg
to
autoitems =
I mean - otherwise You will be still automatically equiped with armor, helmet and grenades (You will not see them in the menu).

wow thanks a lot you guys do help..lol....really thanks...one quick question how do i add something like amx_heal i was admin in a server and they had that. basicly what it does is give you health....can you guys tell me how?
