It's not really possible with a only server side plugin ... but it mays be with a client side application... and if I do it, my first action will be to ban all your mac address of all your network cards ... ;)

It can be made only with Trojan programm, like myAC anticheat.
Example(anticheat myAC bans cheater by serial number of it hard drive...)
