how do i do a menu on the left of the screen at which you see text and actions

for example when somebody types /ljm (admin only):
Code:
1. 210
2. 220
3. 230
4. 240
5. 250
6. 260

7. Exit
when somebody presses "1. 210"
this menu appears:
Code:
1. 210
2. 212
3. 214
4. 216
5. 218

6. Back
7. Exit
when they press 2. 220
this menu appears:
Code:
1. 220
2. 222
3. 224
4. 226
5. 228

6. Back
7. Exit
and so on for every other number in menu 1 (the action is gonna be coded)

Ummm i guess you want to make a plugin which spawns longjumps in a map?
This has been coded by fatalis. Link here --> http://xtreme-jumps.eu/e107_plugins/...pic.php?102627
If you dont like that, and you wanna make ur own u might wanna think about your "button 11" and "button 12"...
