Finally updated ;)

Changelog:

• fixes:
  - improper use of get_maxplayers() value which causes constant errors on full 32 player server
  - invalid logging of admin activity (invalid path)
  - now should work with any active respawn plugin (CSDM, amx_respawn etc.)

• changed default value of cvar 'amx_ghosts_default' from 0 to 1

I'd say network bandwidth will increase a little but not critical cause sprite messages are sended each 0.7 or 0.9 sec to all alive or dead players until a player respawn. Also those messages are packed into non-reliable datagrams.
