I'm sorry to tell anybody that I won't maintain this add-on any more. As you might have noticed, you get no answers to your questions here. So if you have trouble to read the instructions by yourself or if any time soon a new amxmodx version breaks this add-on, please switch to another one of your choice.

When I coded this, there was no other for CS. Now there are, so feel free to use them.

I some modernize this plugin by adding AFK Bomb Transfer plugin by VEN and optimizing some code, you can configure all setting by using cvars.
So now it could Transfer or drop bomb, then slay, transfer to specs, kick specs.

Модернизирован исходный плагин добавлением к нему плагина передачи бомбы от Ven, вырезаны не существующие переменные, любые изменения в настройках теперь через cvar.
Теперь плагин передает бомбу ближайщему тиммейту, а может и просто дропнуть, затем слэй, перевод в спекты и наконец кик. Русик включен.

I warn, that I just added one to plugin to another, there are a lot of errors - some procedures doing the same, some variables are not needed, some mistakes in original plugin AFK KISS and etc... Yes, it works, but it's very bad optimized - I don't like how it works... I think about to fully rewrite this plugin to clean and optimize code and also to add bomb transfer correctly.

yes i noticed it. your version is not really working. bomb gets always droped on spawn.
So i will try another plugin

Guys, I've a troubles... There're my seetings in amxx.cfg for afk kicker, why plugin will not kick player after 5 minutes they are in spectator?
