Your config/debug seems good. Either the plugin is buggy with IP ( i don't think ), either the publin doesn't work well on no-steam server, like yours. If so...

I'll check the ip thing, but it's likely be related with no steam ( = no support).
There many other models plugins you could try like admin models, etc.

I'm sorry, I haven't seen that.
I think I should use an issue tracker for these plugins, so I wouldn't miss the good ideas... I've been very busy with job and studying; I'll try to check that as soon as I can.
