Thanks, I'll try to figure it out.

While I'm at it: could you check if the plugin is working now? I've deactivated the custom player models (I mean: they are nice, but they are not the escence of this plugin).

It is the models for sure, got the same problems with other model-changing plugins, massive player droppage

And another two things:

1. Can you please add a cvar for "not all pellets explode on impact" control ?
2. Found a bug with shotgun/nade launcher, if you press reload repeatedly while shooting both weapons reload faster than normal so you basically never wait.

Found a couple of bugs.

Sometimes when you shoot the shotgun, the PB's will go off in totally random directions. Sometimes they won't even go anywhere at all and they'll be stuck right in front of your face. I also got a PB launcher and a shotgun at the same time.

Shotgun and launcher at the same time: not a bug. I allow having many weapons at the same time if the "strip weapons" var is at 0 (amx_pbstrip). If you don't want that to happen, put it in 1 and it will remove previous weapons at the begining of the round.

About the random directions: is that happening with the Shotgun or it also happens with other weapons? There is a funny thing about the shotgun and spawning entities too close: sometimes the pellets collide... I'll find a way to prevent that, but please tell me if you noticed that behavior with other guns.

pbgun_real_pellets (default = 1): Toggles the pellet behavior. 1 = some pellets don't explode on impact / 0 = All pellets explode on impact

Now the shotgun shoots as expected (5 pellets, no collisions).

I'll have a look later at the reload exploit. That is a tough one since there is no event that will tell me for sure that the player is reloading.
