You should have 4 plugins running:

R Paintball Gun
R Paintball Nade
R Paintball Mod
R Paintball Moves

PS: They "might" slow down some old and sloooow clients who are getting low framerates because they have not updated their machines in 10 years... The smoke is entirely client-side, so if you don't like it, or get some complaints, put "amx_pbsnade 0" in the config file and you'll get rid of the nades... They look soooo nice though...
