when i start server i see this ... i see my server in internet tab but i cant join it ...

i searched in steam forums and there they tell me that i have to update my server .. i updated but still i get this message setmaster unknown command enable

You know I used to think that when someone says "search google for it" I thought that they were being rude but now I know that some people like yourself will not try to do things on there own hence help yourself but instead relying on other people to do it for them.
Search the "internet" key words "setmaster unknown command enable"
I did and came up with multiple soulutions.

actually i read the whole thing and youve just edited it to add in the words

anyhow now that you tell me that you cant connect to the server
its probably because your hlds is out of date

but because you not giving much information about the problem
im going to take a guess and its "steam_appid.txt" problem due to the protocol 48 update

if youre going to create a cs 1.6 server, create a steam_appid.txt file in your SteamApps\<account>\dedicated server\ folder

with the number 10 in it. only the number 10
thats the app number

now just incase you tell me that you still cant connect to the server..
ill just say run the command sv_lan 0
and also add +ip <YOUR WAN IP> to the parameters

the setmaster command is nothing. its a bug. it will still say it regardless

i know about the steam_appid.txt and i did it
i maked hlds console and when i try to start it with +ip i get a message Couldn't allocate dedicated server port 27015

what should i do ?

try set another port

if that doesnt work . try launch it without +ip parameter

if that doesnt work.. id say router issue/portforwarding

if i dont use +ip parameter it starts but with my LAN ip
which ports i should forward ?
