I'm kind of new to TF2 server hosting.

How would one put custom messages or even images for people to see when they first join a server?

I have some commands and binds I want people to know how to do before they play.

Its the motd.txt file in your tf/ directory. You can put html inside of it as well to style it (background colors, sound, images, etc)
