Hey Brad, I was just wondering if these is a valid lines in restrictnames.ini.

www.1.com "Disallowed Name" 0 z.com
www.2.com "Disallowed Name" 0 z.com

Because I tried doing that and it only works sometimes.

EDIT: Oh shit I just read #295,

So it has to be...

www\.1\.com right? What about the replacement name?

EDIT 2:

Meh, still not working.

Both expressions would work, though what you had first could result in false positives. Replacement name is fine. If it works sometimes, then it should work every time, assuming the name matches the expression.

Well the thing is if www.2.com connects it doesn't get changed...only the first line. Is there a way to know what causes it? Because I'm not entirely sure what info to provide...

Paste a copy of your regex file.

Code:
www\.test\.com "Disallowed Name" 0 "joinpgn.com"
WWW\.test2\.net "Disallowed Name" 0 "joinpgn.com"
WwW\.test3\.org "Disallowed Name" 0 "joinpgn.com"
There, that's the exact copy since I'm still testing it.

In this plugin, regular expressions need to be lower case. All names are lower-cased before comparing them against the expressions.

Code:
L 08/31/2009 - 21:37:13: [admin.amxx] Login: "alex<1><STEAM_0:1:19082555><>" became an admin (account "STEAM_0:1:19082555") (access "abcdefghijklmnoprstu") (address "199.199.199.211")
L 08/31/2009 - 21:37:13: alex was kicked because "alex" matched regex #1, "alex" (Reserved nick).
Dropped alex from server
Reason: Kicked :inappropriate name (Reserved nick)

Code:
alex "Reserved nick" 1
