I have the following issue: with 5 or more players on each side, buying an awp gets the message "Not enough people on one team to buy awps"
My config has:

max_awp 3
max_autos 0
winspread_awp 0
winspread_auto 0
autolimit 1
awplimit 1
min_players 5
checkrebuy 1

I dont know what to do here.

awp_limit and auto_limit - they are per team limits. max_awps 3 says it can be maximum 3 awps in T and maximum 3 awps in CT side in one time (simultaneously).
Maybe I didn't write that clearly, but I clearly said:

Are those settings in amxx.cfg or anywhere else? They have to be in amxx.cfg (eventually - pre map configs - not tested by me).
Write more info about Your AMXX, plugins eventually bots.
Write in the console:
meta list
then:
amxx plugins
In both cases show the output from Your screen here.

The sentence:
To add an intermediate mode of limitation of quantity of the weapon.
For example winlimit-> 0-5 - it is authorised 3 awp 3 G3SG1
winlimit-> 5-10 - it is authorised to the winning command 1 awp 1 G3SG1
And winlimit-> 10-20 - the winning command are not resolved awp and G3SG1

I have noticed why this plugin stops working the way it should sometimes...

This plugin does NOT work well with plugins like *Admin Tag Enforcement/Protection* - http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=160621

When I removed that plugin the problem disappeared.

Yes - they may interfer, but I'm not going to provide any support to get the compatibility with all existing plugins around. The plugin bases on drop and pickup_weapon command handling. If somebody is playing with weapons other ways - the calculation of existing in one team awps or autos - of course - cannot work.

this addon needs fixing, sometimes its stops working it says always that there is no enough players for awp. i need to restart the server for it to work again. and i checked if other addons interfere with this one, there is none. Plese do something about it.
