open biohazard.cfg , look for this :

// fog settings
#define FOG_ENABLE           1
#define FOG_DENSITY        "0.0012"
#define FOG_COLOR           "128 128 128"

Change to this :

// fog settings

#define FOG_DENSITY        "0.0012"
#define FOG_COLOR           "128 128 128"

re-compile biohazard.sma then place biohazard.amxx in plugins folder
