Im having problems with creating a HL2DM RP server somehow other players cannot join my server i need help

Is this because it's not showing up in the master server list, or are the other players trying to connect using the console ("connect <ip>")?

Which UDP ports have you opened on your firewall/router?

27000 to to 27030 (thats what i did anyway)

select your modem and it will tell you how to open them. (yes it's cs, but they use the same ports as hl)
