I have a Steam account but my friends server is NonSteam/Steam. Soo why cant you help me?

But i have a Steam account!!!! I have a Steam counter-strike 1.6 ! Just give me a Steam server and i will connect to it!

You run a server which allows non-Steam players to connect. That's why you won't get support here. Now GTFO please.
