How can i install Valve Anti-Cheat (VAC) in my server
its a any plugins or what is ?

Anyone can told me how can i installed that ?

That's not necessary as it's enabled by default. Only when you wish to disable it you need to add -insecure.

in this command ?

-secure is not a valid parameter, adding it will not change anything. VAC is enabled by default

Indeed... You need to edit the liblist.gam or the start-parameter to "-insecure" in order to deactivate it.

Or start the server in LAN mode, as pointed out by 8088
